腓骨滋养孔的解剖学定位及临床意义

摘  要:目的为带血管蒂游离移植腓骨提供解剖学依据。方法在600块腓骨上,用细钢丝、游标卡尺测量了腓骨的长度、滋养孔数、滋养孔在腓骨各面上的分布和孔径以及滋养孔至上端腓骨头的距离,并列出回归方程。结果腓骨平均长度为(34.53±2.21)cm,滋养孔大多分布在腓骨后面占73.37%,滋养孔至上端腓骨头的距离平均为(15.55±3.94)cm,滋养孔径平均为0.73mm。结论通过测出供侧腓骨的长度,就可推算出腓骨滋养孔至上端腓骨头的距离,再以滋养孔为中心截取所需移植腓骨的长度,就可保证被截取的腓骨带有主要营养血管。Objective To supply the anatomical foundation for free transplantation of fibula with the pedicle of blood vessels. Methods 600 fibulea were used to measure their lengths, the number of nutrient foramena, the distribution of nutrient foramena on the surfaces of fibulea, the diameter of nutrient foramena, and the distance between nutrient foramena to capitulum of fibula with thin wires and vernier, and give the regression equation. Results The mean length of the fibulea were (34.53± 2.21)cm, the nutrient foramena distributed mostly at the back of the fibulea with the percentage of 73.73, the mean distance between the nutrient foramena and the capitula of fibulea were (15.55±3.94)cm, the mean diameter of the nutrient foramena were 0.73 mm. Conclusion According to the regression equation, as long as the length of the fibula of the supplying side is measured, the distance between nutrient foramen of fibula and capitulum of fibula can be calculated, then nutrient foramen is centered to amputate the length of fibula needed for transplantation, it will be assured that amputated fibula has major nutrient blood vessels.
