摘 要:目的探讨不同强度的50Hz磁场短期暴露对青年大鼠大脑皮层中几种重要金属含量的影响。方法通过等离子体原子发射光谱法,测定大脑皮层中钙、铁、镁等金属含量。结果发现短期弱磁场暴露(强度分别为1.2mT、1.6mT,2h/d,10d)可显著地增加大鼠大脑皮层组织中钙、铁、镁等金属元素含量;1.6mT强度可明显地增加铜与锰离子的含量;1.2mT强度磁场暴露可增加锌离子含量,但1.6mT强度却使锌的含量显著下降。结论短期弱强度磁场暴露可改变大脑皮层组织中钙、铁、锌、镁、铜、锰等重要金属元素的含量,此作用可能与其影响大鼠的学习记忆能力有关。Objective To study the effect of 50 Hz magnetic field on the content of some important metal elements in the cerebral cortex of the young rats. Methods The content of Ca^2+, Fe^2+, Mg^2+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+ were determined by IPC. Results The content of Ca^2+, Fe^2+ and Mg^2+ in the cerebral cortex was increased when the young rats were exposed to 50 Hz magnetic field with 1.2 mT, 1.6 mT intensity during 10 days respectively. But the change in the content in 0.1 mT magnetic field exposed group is not prominent. While the content of Mn^2+ and Cu^2+ was increased and the content of Zn^2+ was decreased when the rats were exposed to 1.6mT magnetic field for 10 days. Conclusion The results suggest that 50 Hz magnetic field may affect the content of some important metal elements in the rats cerebral cortex, which might be associated with the effect of magnetic field on the function of learning and memory in the rats.
