摘 要:分析了2005年冬季台湾海峡中北部至南麂列岛海域浮游硅藻的种类组成、分布特点及与环境因子的关系.共鉴定硅藻58属159种(含变种和变型).调查期间正值冬季,种类组成以广温种(占49.69%)为主,其次是暖水种(占18.24%)和温带种(占14.47%).优势种有14种,占总种类数的7.53%.调查海域冬季硅藻群落分布的特点是:硅藻细胞密集区和高值区基本上集中在海峡中线断面上,底层硅藻丰度较表层高.硅藻丰度介于(0.216~7.544)×10^3个/dm^3,总体上,硅藻丰度较低.应用多元逐步回归方法分析表明:影响调查区冬季硅藻平均细胞数量分布的主要因子是硅酸盐浓度.同时,硅藻平均丰度与水温的线性相关性分析表明,硅藻平均丰度的分布与温度呈显著的正相关关系.Diatom species were abundant in the area between middle-north of Taiwan Strait and Nanji Archipelago in winter,2005. 159 species (including variety,form) belonging to 58 genera were identified. Most of them were eurythermy species (49. 69% ) ,next were warm water species (18.24%) and temperate species ( 14. 47% ). There were 14 dominant species,accounting for 7.53% of the total species. Melosira sulcata, Coscinodiscus spp. and Chaetoceros spp. were dominant species. The distribution characteristics of diatom community in the area between middle-north of Taiwan Strait and Nanji Archipelago in winter 2005 was that the highest diatom abundance occurred in the center part of the strait. The diatom abundance at bottom was higher than that at surface,varied from 0. 216 × 10^3cells/dm^3 to 7.544 × 10^3cells/dm^3. Regression analysis results showed that silicate was the main factor in relation to the average abundance distribution of diatom in this area in winter 2005. The abundance was significantly positive correlation with water temperature.
