卵形鲳鲹人工繁殖及育苗技术研究

摘　　要：利用养殖3龄以上的卵形鲳鲹成鱼于催产前3个月进行强化培育．在水温达到23℃以上的季节，用激素HCG和LRH—A2、A3进行催产．受精卵在水温28～29℃、盐度32、pH8．1时，经过20h孵化．在土池水温23～34℃，盐度24～34，pH7．6～9．4的培育条件下，开口仔鱼经20d左右完全变态为全长25～30mm幼鱼．Trachinotus ovatus with ages over 3 years were fatted for 3 months before conducting artificial spawning. In season when the water temperature reached 23℃or above, the fish were induced to spawn with HCG and LRH-A2 or A3. After fertilized the eggs were incubated in water for 20hours under 28 -29℃ with salinity 32 and pHS. I until the larvae were hatched. Then the larvae were put to grow up in outdoor earth pond. It took 20 days for larvae from opened mouth to size of 25 -30mm in length under water temperature 23 -34℃ ,with salinity 24 -34 and pH7.6 ~9.4.
