数控机床维修中二次破坏问题浅析

摘　　要：随着数控机床数量日益增加,数控机床的维修和保养成为数控机床用户关注热点。文章提出了数控机床维修二次破坏的概念,分析了二次破坏的种类和产生的主要原因,总结了预防数控机床二次破坏的维修保养办法,强调了预防数控机床二次破坏意义重大。As the number of CNC machine tool increment, the service for CNC machine tools came into being the hotspot for the user. The paper brought forward the concept man-made further destroys in machine tool service and carried through the study on it. The main causation and types of man-made further destroys was analyzed respectively by the author. Moreover the method to prevent man -made further destroys was also given. A viewpoint that man-made further destroy should be avoided was emphasized at the end of the paper.
