代谢综合征合并冠心病患者血清总胆红素水平与冠脉病变程度的关联研究

摘　　要：目的研究代谢综合征(MS)合并冠心病(CHD)患者血清总胆红素(TBIL)与其冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系。方法245例存在不明原因发作性胸痛患者,经冠状动脉造影检查,并测定血清TBIL水平,采集有关数据,根据有无CHD以及是否合并MS分3组进行研究。结果CHD合并MS的患者,TBIL水平明显降低(10.37±0.33,P<0.05),且血清TBIL水平越低,冠脉血管病变程度越重(15.46±0.93,12.18±1.25,11.85±0.68,10.57±0.49;P<0.05)。结论血清TBIL的水平可以作为预测MS合并CHD患者其冠脉病变程度的有用指标。Objective To investigate the relationship of plasma levels of TBIL and affection of coronary artery in patient with metabolic syndrome and coronary heart disease. Methods Between June 2003 and June 2005,245 patients were under coronary arteriography in the room of cardiac catheter for unknown reason caused discontinuity chest pain.Determining their plasma TBIL, collecting relate data, then grouping them into 3 groups ： normal, CHD and CHD with MS. Results Plasma levels of TBIL of patients with CHD and MS was significantly lower in 3 groups （10.37±0.33, P〈0.05）. The more lower plasma TBIL, the more serious affection of coronary artery （15.46±0.93, 12.18±1.25,11.85±0.68,10.57±0.49; P〈0.05）. Condusion The plasma levels of TBIL can play an useful prediction index role in affection of coronary artery in patient with CHD and MS.
