三叶钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折52例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨三叶钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法采用三叶钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折52例，随访期10个月～3年，平均随访18个月。结果治疗结果根据Neer评分标准：优（90分以上）32例，满意（80～89分）16例，不满意（70～79分）4例，满意率92．3％。结论无痛和保持肩关节良好的活动度是治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的关键。三叶钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈骨折，固定牢靠，可早期行肩关节功能锻炼，减少并发症，是理想的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of the fixation inside treatment with the trilobate armor plate on Fracture of Humeral Surgical Neck for the elderly. Methods 52 cases of Fracture of Humeral Surgical Neck for the elderly cured with the trilobate armor plate fixation inside .The follow-up period was lOmonths to 3 years, then observe the therapeutia effects .Results Functional assessment obtained by Neer＇s criteria, excellent, satisfactory, or unsatisfactory, excellent （90 cents top of）32, satisfactory （80489 cents） 16, unsatisfactory. （70479 cents）4, the satisfaction ratio was 92.3%. Conchtsion No pain and more shoulder joint activity degree are important steps in the cures of Fracture of Humeral Surgical Neck for the elderly .Such patients can be successfully treated by open reduction and trilobate armor plate fixation inside .The treatment can offer eary shoulder joint exercise and reduce complication.
