辽河油田套管掉井泄漏事故分析

摘　　要：辽河油田使用国产１３９．７ｍｍ长圆螺纹套管时，发生了套管掉井、泄漏事故。通过对套管螺纹参数的检测、材质的分析以及模拟现场事故等手段，发现该批套管内外螺纹配合的紧密距分布多处于正偏差值范围，内外螺纹的齿高也多为正偏差，内外螺纹的锥度无规则变化，正是由于这些因素致使下井套管旋扣时，在正常扭矩操作下多数套管存在外露扣，油田为了消除余扣，采用加大扭矩操作，结果造成套管严重粘扣，进而发生套管掉井。Useing the domestic produced 139.7mm casing pipe at Liao He Oil Field, such accidents as the casing pipe dropped down in well and leaked took place. By measuring the casing pipes screw thread parameters, analyzing the casing pipes material quality, and simulating the accident, discovered there are plenty of defects in most of the casing pipes, such as most of the screw pitch deviation and the tooth depth are positive allowance, all the screw flank angles change unregularly. For reasons given above most of the casing pipes will show few screws under the normal torque in the operation of screw holding on at oil field. In order to remove the exposed screws, even larger torque is been used, that the accidents, the screw stuck, the casing pipe dropped down in well and leaked took place.
