摘　　要：介绍了一种新的超大型剪切对焊机，对其工作原理、性能参数、结构特点都做了详细的分析。这台设备采用计算机控制整个工作过程，并具有局部单循环、焊枪自动行走、带有专用调速器调节焊缝等功能。焊缝为螺旋线形，增加了焊接强度，对缝方式巧妙，简单。A new ultra large butt shear welding machine is presented. Detail analysis on its operating principle, property parameters and structural characteristics is carried out. A microcomputer is applyed to control the overall welding processes in this machine, which can fulfill local single cycle, automatic feed of welding torch, adjustment of weld with a special regulator and so on. Weld is spiral so that the strength of joints is improved. The way of positioning weld is quick, simple and reliable.
