川芎嗪对严重烫伤大鼠肝组织脂质过氧化影响的探讨

摘  要:目的:探讨川芎嗪(tetramethylpyrazine,TMP)对烫伤大鼠肝组织脂质过氧化的影响及保护作用。方法:采用大鼠40%体表面积(TBSA)Ⅲ度烫伤模型,通过检测大鼠严重烫伤后肝组织内丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的改变,观察川芎嗪对烫伤大鼠的保护作用。结果:40%TBSAⅢ度烫伤后大鼠肝组织内MDA显著升高,GSH-PX和SOD活力显著降低,川芎嗪治疗组大鼠肝组织内MDA含量显著降低,GSH-PX和SOD活力显著升高,与单烫伤组比较各指标均有显著性差异。结论:烫伤后肝组织内脂质过氧化增强,抗氧化能力减弱,川芎嗪具有较强的抗氧化、抗自由基损伤的保护作用。To study the affection and protection for lipid-peroxidation for liver tissue inscalded rats by tetramethylpyrazine. Methods: Using 40% TBSAm degree scalded rat mode, studing the changes of MDA;GSH-PX and SOD in liver tissues to study the protection by tetramethylpyrazine. Results: The result showed that 40% TBSA Ⅲ degree empyrosis resulted in significant increase of MDA and obvious decreases of GSH-PX and SOD activity in liver tissues. The amount of MDA was decreased significantly and the GSH-PX and SOD activity increased apparently after the treatment of tetramethylpyrazine. There were statistical differences of these indexes between the two groups. Conclusion: It was suggested that there were strong lipid-peroxidation and decreases antioxidation in the liver tissue after empyrosis, relatively, tetramethylpyrazine, had strong function of antioxidation and free radical protectiveing.
