单子叶植物内生菌多糖抗肿瘤活性的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究单子叶植物内生菌多糖抗肿瘤活性。方法:用单子叶植物内生菌多糖对S-180和H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠进行体内和体外抑瘤实验,单子叶植物内生菌多糖对S-180荷瘤小鼠细胞分裂指数实验。结果:单子叶植物内生菌多糖对小鼠S-180实体瘤和H22小鼠肝癌具有抑制作用(P<0.001);单子叶植物内生菌多糖可干扰肿瘤细胞的细胞周期,抑制其分裂。结论:单子叶植物内生菌多糖具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。To study the anti-tumor activity of polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte, Method.. In vivo and in vitro anti-tumor assays of polysaecharides of monoeotyledons endophyte were performed in S-180 and H22 liver cancer bearing mice. And the cell division index was determined in S-180 mice. Results： Polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte had anti-tumor effect on S-180 solid tumor and H22 liver cancer in mice （P d0. 001）. It also could interfere with cell cycle of tumor and inhibit cell division. Conclusion： Polysaccharides of monocotyledons endophyte has certain anti-tumor activity.
