摘 要:目的观察假丝酵母菌对尿液干化学分析仪测定红细胞的影响。方法干化学法和镜检法分别测定有假丝酵母菌尿、非菌尿尿液的红细胞(或潜血)项目;另取健康人尿液加入一定浓度的假丝酵母菌菌液(人工菌尿组,包括白念、光滑、热带假丝酵母菌液),加入菌液前后分别用分析仪进行红细胞测定。结果菌尿组干化学测定红细胞数假阳性率(80%)明显高于非菌尿组(7%)(P<0.01)。人工菌尿组加入白念、热带的假丝酵母菌尿液红细胞假阳性率100%,加入光滑的假丝酵母菌尿液假阳性率为1%。结论白色假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌尿影响干化学分析仪的红细胞检测结果。Objective It is to observe the influence of Candida bacteriuria on determination of urine red blood cell by urinary dry chemistry analyzer. Methods The RBC (or OB) of Candida bacteriuria or un-bacteriuria was detected by dry chemistry and microscopy. Then a certain concentration Candida (manual bacteriuria group, include Candida albican, Candida glabrata and Candida tropicalis) was added to normal urine, and the RBC was detected by the analyzer before and after addin. Results The false-positive rate (80%) in Candida bacteriuria was higher than that in un-bacteriuria (7%) by dry chemistry method significantly(P〈 0.01 ). The false-positive rate in Candida tropicalis bacteriuria and Candida albicans bac- teriuria was 100 % by dry chemistry, and that in Candida glabrata bacteriuria was 1%. Conclusion Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis can influence the results about RBC (or OB) by dry chemistry analyzer.
