摘　　要：SolidWorks技术、快速成形技术和快速模具制造技术的集成是一种全新的设计制造技术。分析了硅橡胶模具的特点,并以工艺品的模具设计制造为例,介绍了使用SolidWorks、RP和RT技术设计制造模具的工艺过程。实践证明:SolidWorks、RP和RT技术的集成,可以缩短模具开发周期,降低开发成本。The inte and manufacturing grity of SolidWorks, rapid prototyping and rapid tooling is a novel design technique. The feature of silicon rubber mould was introduced. Process of design and manufacturing mould using SolidWorks, RP and RT techniques was introduced based on an artware example. It is proved by practice that the integration of the techniques can shorten mould development cycle and reduce development cost.
