摘　　要：造成农民工就业障碍有传统体制、自身劣势、政府部门作用不力等诸多因素。促进农民工就业的关键在于从消除就业的制度性约束、劳动力市场基础设施建设与就业促进、人力资本投资与就业能力培育、权益维护与就业保护、机制化社会保障与安全网建设等多维视角建立一个城乡统一、竞争开放的劳动力市场体系。农民工就业促进是一个多维的系统框架,是一个持续、渐进的过程。Obstacles in the employment of peasant workers are caused by traditional system, the workers＇unfavorable situation, and the lack of government supervision. The key to help promoting the employment of the workers is to eliminate the binding of the system, construct the labor market infrastructure, enhance labor capital investment, protect their rights, and provide social security. It is necessary to build an open labor market system for both urban and rural areas. The promotion of peasant workers＇ employment is a multi - dimensional framework, a sustainable and gradual process.
