分组数据在指数分布场合下的最优等间距问题

摘　　要：本文基于不完全样本中的分组样本研究方法,当失效数据服从指数分布时,对给定的两个加速应力水平下的恒加试验进行了分析和探究,并讨论了在平均寿命的对数的渐近方差达到最小的时候,对受试元件观察的等间隔时间问题.Based on the methods of grouped sample which is included in non - completed samples, when the data which have lost efficacy obeyed to the exponential distribution, we analyze the result of the experiments with two given accelerated stresses. This essay discusses the problem of the equal interval in the experiments while it is satisfied with the minimal asymptotic variance of the logarithm of mean life time reached.
