摘　　要：对水稻早世代稳定机理研究推测其杂种合子发生了纯合化事件,本实验对杂种合子进行细胞学研究,结果表明在胚胎发育过程中未出现染色体片段渗透,体细胞成数分裂等现象。It is suggested that homozygosis had happened in gamete during hybrid zygote development process through the study on early generation stability in rice. Cytology evidence should be discovered from studying gamete development. The results showde that the embryonic developement was basically normal in observing gamete emtryonic; the phenomenon of chromosome osmotic and meiosis were not been observed. And further study should be more on the early generation stability in rice and cytological study.
