摘 要:采用大田和盆栽试验相结合的方法,研究了多效唑对高羊茅草坪草生长及抗旱性的影响。结果表明,喷施中等浓度的多效唑可以有效地降低株高,增加分蘖数和提高根冠比。多效唑处理后的草坪草在干旱胁迫下,与对照相比,叶绿素含量下降幅度小,脯氨酸积累缓慢,叶片保水能力高,SOD酶活性水平下降慢,MDA积累速度慢,说明喷施适宜浓度的多效唑可以提高高羊茅草坪草的抗旱胁迫能力,以60 mg/m2浓度的处理效果最佳。The pot and field experiments were conducted to study the effect of PP333 on growth and drought resistance of Tall Fescue turfgrass. The results showed that the medium concentration of PP333 could effectively shorten plant height, increase the number of tillers and root top ratio. Compared to CK, the decrease of chlorophyll content was smaller, the accumulation of proline was slower, the leaves' ability to keep water was higher, the decrease of SOD activity and the accumulation of MDA was slower under drought stress when treated with PP333 solution. This showed that medium PP333 treatment could increase the tolerance to drought of Tall Fescue . The optimum concentration was 60 mg/m^2.
