摘　　要：基于战略的思想,对入世过渡期结束后中国建筑企业工程质量管理面临的优势、弱势、机会、威胁进行了深入分析,构建了工程质量管理战略矩阵,以便明确工程质量管理的战略方向,提出了相应的对策建议。Based on the strategic thinking, the paper analyzes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of the project quality management of Chinese construction enterprises after WTO transition period, builds the project quality management strategy matrix in order to make sure the strategic direction of the project quality management, and bring forward the corresponding countermeasures.
