摘　　要：就时标网络计划在工程中如何确定关键线路、分析工作时间参数、进行网络计划的控制等进行阐述。得出时标网络计划是科学的施工进度表达方式,是施工单位和监理单位对拟建工程施工项目进行施工规划、控制以及监督和管理的得力工具和手段。This paper analyzes the time-scaled network plan applied to confirm critical path, gain time factors, control network plan and so on. The result shows that time-scaled network is the scientific expression of the construction progress, helping construction and supervision corporation to make the construct plan, control, monitor and manage the projects.
