摘　　要："评标价"的确定与计算方法是决定中标结果的核心所在,所有的项目评标都会涉及。基于目前我国业界对评标价认识上的不一致,对中标人的确定会产生不科学的影响,本文从修正报价算术错误、扣除"备用金"、考虑资金时间价值、折合其它因素等几方面出发,并结合项目的全寿命周期成本和收益,提出较为系统的"评标价"计算方法。Specification and reckoning methods of bid evaluation price is the core of bid evaluation in all projects. It will have unscientific infulence on the successful bidder for inconsistent to understanding of the bid evaluation price in construction field. Based on revision of offer price＇s arithmetic mistake, deduction of reserve fund, capital time value and life-cycle cost and avails, a new reckoning method of bid evaluation price is put forward.
