摘 要:目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的临床特征及其与代谢综合征的关系。方法从2005年北京印钞厂职工体检资料中选取356例经超声诊断为脂肪肝者,称为NAFL组;并随机抽取367例经超声检查无脂肪肝者,称为对照组。结果NAFL组谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、血尿酸、收缩压、舒张压、体质指数均高于对照组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组(P<0.01)。NAFL组合并肥胖、高血压、血糖异常、血脂异常和代谢综合征的患病率分别是76.7/,58.7/,34.8/,59.0/,43.3/,均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论非酒精性脂肪肝与代谢综合征关系密切。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of nonalcoholic fatty liver (NAFL), and the relationship between NAFL and metabolic syndrome. Methods 356 subjects diagnosed fatty liver by Type B Ultrasonography were selected among the workers taken the physical examination in Beijing Banknote Printing Plant in 2005. These 356 subjects were defined as NAFL group. Results In NAFL group, the levels of ALT, AST, GGT, TC, TG, LDL-C, FBG, UA, SBP, DBP and BMI were significantly higher than those in the control group, but HDL-C was significantly lower than the control group. The prevalence of obesity (76.7%), hypertension (58.7%), hyperglycemia (34.8%), dyslipidemia (59.0%) and metabolic syndrome (43.3%) in group of NAFL were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Nonalcoholic fatty liver is closely related with metabolic syndrome.
