摘  要:目的探讨血脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子-α与2型糖尿病及糖尿病心脏病变的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定60例2型糖尿病血脂联素及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平,经心电图检查,合并心律失常25例为糖尿病合并心律失常组,心电图正常的35例为糖尿病组,22例正常者为对照组。结果糖尿病合并心律失常组血脂联素水平低于糖尿病组及对照组[分别为(12.21±9.06)μg/ml、(18.34±11.17)μg/ml、(20.18±8.76)μg/ml],差别有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。糖尿病合并心律失常组及糖尿病组肿瘤坏死因子-α高于对照组[分别为(0.94±0.42)ng/ml、(0.91±0.47)ng/ml、(0.71±0.30)ng/ml],差别有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论低脂联素水平与糖尿病心脏病变的发生、发展有关;肿瘤坏死因子-α在糖尿病的发生及糖尿病心脏病变的形成中有一定作用。Objective To explore the relationship of adiponectin (APN), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) with diabetic arrythmia. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus (DM) were divided into DMA group (n=25, ECG showed cardiac arrhythmia) and DM group (n=35, ECG showed normal). Twenty-two healthy people were as control. Their serum APN, TNF-α were tested with radioimmunoassay. Results Serum APN level in DMA was lower than that in control and DM group [(12.21±9.06) vs (20.18±8.76) and (18.34±1.17) μg/ml, P〈0.01, P〈0.05]; Serum TNF-α was higher in DMA and DM group than in control group [(0.94±0.42)and (0.91±0.47) vs (0.71±0.30) ng/ml, P〈0.05, P〈0.05]. Conclusion There was a relation between Hypoadiponectinemia and the occurrence & development of diabetic cardiac disease; The TNF-α may affect the occurrence of type 2 DM and the form of diabetic cardiac arrythmia.
