摘　　要：目的探讨非风湿性心房颤动(房颤)与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法选择2004年1月—2006年10月期间的住院患者,排除风湿性疾病,剔除合并后有体内其他局部炎症反应。分成无房颤组(Ⅰ组)、阵发性房颤组(Ⅱ组)及持续性房颤组(Ⅲ组),采用酶标多克隆抗体夹心法分别测定各组的血清hs-CRP值,并进行比较。结果Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组的血清hs-CRP水平明显高于Ⅰ组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ⅲ组的血清hs-CRP水平明显高于Ⅱ组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论非风湿性房颤患者的血清hs-CRP水平明显升高,且与病情严重程度有一定关系,可作为非风湿性房颤患者的一项观察指标。Objective Discusses the relation of non-rheumatic atrial fibrillation and the hs-CRP. Methods Choosing the patients in hospital, removing the rheumatic disease and other partial inflammation response.Dividing them into non-atrial fibrillation （Group Ⅰ）, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （Group Ⅰ ） and long-enduring atrial fibrillation （group Ⅲ）.Measuring the level of C-RP in blood serum each group separately with the enzyme sign and multi-clone immune body. Results The Group Ⅱand Group Ⅰ＇s level of hs-CRP in blood serum are obviously higher than Group Ⅰ＇s which is obvious difference （P〈0.01）.The Group Ⅲ＇s level of hs-CRP in blood serum is obvious higher than Group Ⅱ＇s which is obvioul difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The patients＇s who are non- rheumatic atrial fibrillation level of hs-CRP in blood serum is obvious ascension which has some relations with the serious of the degrees. The occurrence and the development of the non-rheumatic atrial fibrillation is relative with the inflammation responded, hs- CRP may be aobservation target, but not the independent dangerous factor to the non-rheumatic atrial fibrillation.
