摘　　要：将模糊数学中综合评价的方法引入港口投融资政策的评价过程中,分析我国现行的港口投融资主要政策;阐述综合评价的模糊数学原理;研究港口投融资模糊评价的基本步骤;建立指标体系,确定各层次判断矩阵和各因素的权重,进行综合评价;对具体港口投融资政策评价进行实例应用,进一步说明应用中的注意事项和有关问题.The comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics is used in the process of evaluating the investment and financing policy of port to analyze the main investment and financing policy of the ports in China. The theory of comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics and the basic steps of comprehensive evaluation are researched. The index system is established to ascertain judging matrix at different levels and relative proportion. The specific policy is applyed to specific implementation.
