摘 要:介绍了旧砂再生机的改良和发展过程。针对碱性酚醛树脂砂很难再生的特性,研制了新一代SCMA再生机。重点研究了再生机的结构和工艺参数,研究结果表明,陶瓷砂再生回收率可达到99%,再生能力和再生效率均提高约2倍。Improvement and development of sand reclamation machine are introduced in this paper. Aimed at the most hardly reclaimed alkaline phenolic resin snad, a new generation SCMA reclamation machine was researched and produced. Study was carried out mainly concerning the construction and technology parameters of SCMA machine. The result shows that, ceramic sand reclamation recover rate reaches 99%, reclamation ability and reclamation efficiency increase by about two times.
