摘　　要：以美洲黑杨雄性花芽为材料,利用SMART技术构建全长cDNA文库。该库的滴度大于106pfu.mL-1,重组率达95%,平均插入片段大小为1 kb左右,说明所构建的文库达到了用于目的基因分离筛选和表达的建库要求,为将来克隆与杨树花发育相关基因及研究其它树种花发育的分子机理奠定了基础。The full-length eDNA library of male floral buds of Populus dehoides Marsh. was constructed through SMATR（the Switch Mechanism At the 5＇ end of RNA Templates） technique. The titer is larger than l06 pfu · mL^-1 , the percentage of recombination reaches 95% , and the average size of insert fragments is about 1kb. These results indicate that the library is qualified for cloning and expressing target genes. The library has laid a foundation for studies on the molecular mechanism of flower development in forest trees.
