摘　　要：目的:对雷公山自然保护区内不同生境的虻类进行调查研究,初步摸清该地区虻相本底资料。方法:选择雷公山自然保护区内具有代表性的孳生环境,采用常规方法采集、制作标本和鉴定虻种,并对我院馆藏标本进行整理,编制名表并进行相关讨论。结果:记录了雷公山自然保护区虻科3属12种,分别隶属于斑虻属(2种)、黄虻属(1种)和虻属(9种)。结论:雷公山自然保护区具有较好的虻类孳生和血源条件,具有虻类多样性,反映了东洋界的区系特征,该地区优势种是华广虻。Objective： To investigate geographical distribution of tabanid flies（family Tabanidae） in Leigong Mountain Nature Reserve.Methode： Adults of tabanid flies were collected from different areas of Leigong Mountain Nature Reserve with conventional methods.Samples were made in the lab for identification.The rearrangement of the specimens kept in Department of Biology of Guiyang Medical College was made.A list of tabanid flies of the nature reserve was produced.Results： 12 species of Tabanidae which belong to 3 genera including Genus Chrysops （2 species）, Genus Antylotus （1 species） and Genus Tabanus （9 species） were recorded. Conclusion： The natural conditions and blood resources are quite fit for breeding of blackflies in Leigong Mountain Nature Reserve. It is showed that there is a character of distribution of oriental realm. There is a rich diversity of tabanid flies in the nature rescrve with the dominant species of Tabanus amaenus.
