摘　　要：分析了"核心期刊"被用于学术评价的两面性:被用于学术评价是期刊作用的延伸;过分夸大核心期刊的学术评价作用,则背离了核心期刊的遴选初衷,是不可取的。在利用"核心期刊"的学术评价功能时要适度。This article is beginning with the original concept and the evolvement of key periodical. From the point of view of bibliometrologics, it analyses the dualism of key periodical used in evaluation on scientific paper, and also points out that key periodical used in evaluation on scientific paper is a further development forperiodical value. Aggrandizing the function of the evaluation on key periodical excessively will deviate it from the original intention of this article, that is not advisable.
