摘　　要：功能点方法是一种比较准确的软件工程开发量度量方法。本文在对功能点方法进行分析的基础上,结合通信企业软件开发的实际,参照SPR对软件行业基础数据的研究,对功能点方法在分析通信企业软件开发预算中的应用进行了探讨,并以实例说明该方法在通信行业的适用性。Function point analysis is a relative veracious mothe d for software engineering developing. Based on analysing the function point,the paper inquires into the application of this method in telecommunication corportion software engineering, combining the practice and referring to basic datas of SPR. Furthermore, an application is used to validate the feasibility of the proposed approach in telecommunication industry.
