摘  要:利用热分解方法在不同温度下制备了不同Ce含量的三元涂层Ru0.3Ti(0.7-x)CexO2,通过极化曲线和交流阻抗谱测试,研究了涂层的电催化活性,通过扫描电镜对涂层表面形貌进行了观察。结果表明在涂层中引入Ce可以提高涂层阳极的电催化活性,Ce的掺入量有一个最佳比,摩尔分数为0.2~0.3时电催化性能最好;适宜的热分解温度有利于含Ce涂层阳极性能的提高,最佳温度为450℃。Ru0.3Ti(0.7-x)CexO2 ternary coating with different compositions are prepared at different temperatures by thermal decomposition. The electrocatalytic activity of coating is investigated by anodic polarization curve and alternation current impedance tests. The morphology of coating anode is studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is showed that the electrocatalytic activity of coating anode can be improved by doping with rare earth Ce in a optimal range. The highest activity of the coating is associated with the composition corresponding to a mole fraction of 0.2~0.3 and a suitable temperature is propitious to increase the properties of coating anode doping with Ce. The optimal temperature of thermal decomposition is at about 450℃.
