摘　　要：该文针对当前电子工艺实习课程教学思想落后、教学设备陈旧、教学手段僵化、教学效果不尽人意的现状，提出了电子工艺实习课程改革的基本设想和基本原则，并从教学思想、教学设施、教学内容和教学手段等方面提出了具体的改革方法，在教学实践中取得良好的效果。On the background of antiquated teaching methodology, outmoded teaching facilities, rigescent teaching artifices, the teaching effect of electron technic practice course is not as good as expected. In the paper, an innovative principle and a tentative blue plan are put forward. Furthermore, specific training patterns, teaching facilities, teaching content and teaching methods are presented, and the teaching effect of course is well improved.
