冷喷涂工艺在电站水冷壁管抗高温腐蚀中的应用

摘　　要：针对当前电站水冷壁大量采用渗铝管作为预防高温腐蚀的措施，提出直接在未渗铝的水冷壁管上，喷涂耐高温腐蚀的复合合金粉末来代替渗铝管，并研究了具体的喷涂工艺，取得了初步结果，可用于实际生产。Nowadays,alumetized steel tubes are widely used in boiler's water wall for high temperature corrosion resisting.This paper suggests the use of cold spray plating directly on the not alumetized tubes in stead of using alumetized tubes.The spray plating material used is a kind of high temperature corrosion resisting compound alloy powder.The procedure of spray plating with initial result is also developed,and can be put into actual use.
