摘　　要：作为以档案文献资源保管利用为主要职责的档案管理部门,如何充分利用现代各种先进的存储技术与传播技术,实现对档案资源更加科学的管理、保存和利用档案文件,服务于社会已成为人们越来越关注的问题。近十几年来,由于电子影像技术以其极大的存储量和低廉的价格、快速的检索等优点,在我国档案界迅速应用和发展。随之而来的便是专业人员流失、专用机器设备淘汰处理以及资金投入大量削减。缩微技术正在遭受前所未有的巨大冲击。在这里结合我国档案界的实际情况就缩微技术与电子影像技术的应用和发展这一问题进行探讨。Take full advantage of advanced information storage and transmission techniques for the scientific management, preservation and utilization of archives is a very important duty.In recent10-odd years,owing to its exceptionally big storage capacity and low cost, electronic imaging technology has been developing quickly and widely used in archival businesses in our country.In the mean time,the traditional microphotography seems to be less remarkable：decrease of technical staff, equipment and fund.This paper presents a discussion on the application of microphotography and electronic imaging technology in archival businesses and emphasizes the importance and the bright prospects of future development of the fusion of traditional microphotography and electronic imaging technology in archival activities.
