摘　　要：目的探讨解剖钢板经皮内固定治疗胫骨远段粉碎性骨折的手术疗效。方法对14例胫骨远段骨折采用解剖钢板经皮内固定治疗。结果14例术后随访5-24个月,按Johner-W ruhs评价标准,优10例,良2例,可1例,差1例。结论解剖钢板经皮内固定是治疗胫骨远段粉碎性骨折较理想的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous fixation for the treatment of distal tibial comminuted fracture with anatomical plate. Methods 14 cases of distal tibial comminuted fractures were treated by anatomical plate by percutaneous fixation. Results 14 cases were followed up for 5 - 24 months. 10 cases were excellent, 2 good, 1 fair and 1 poor, according to Johner-Wruhs＇standard. Conclusions Percutaneous fixation with anatomical plate is an ideal method of the treatment of distal tibial comminuted fracture.
