摘  要:目的:了解一氧化碳(CO)中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)患者从急性CO中毒到DEAC- MP发病期、临床治愈期整个病程中的脑电图(EEG)改变及其在临床上的意义。方法:对60例DEAC- MP患者分别在急性CO中毒期、假愈期、DEACMP期及临床治愈期动态进行EEG检查,并与EEG检查时患者症状轻重进行对比。结果:急性CO中毒期EEG 68%为轻度异常,21%为中度异常;假愈期EEG 86%为界线及正常;DEACMP期EEG均异常,且54例(90%)为中、重度异常,并与患者临床症状轻重程度一致;临床治愈期EEG 82%已正常。结论:EEG动态观察对了解DEACMP病程中各期的脑功能变化及疗效判断有较大的指导价值。Objective:To explore the value and dynamic changes of electroencephalogram(EEG) in patients with delayed encephalapathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP) in the course of disease from the onset of acute poisoning to clinical recovery. The relationship between the EEG changes and clinical manifestion was analyzed in the DEACMP patients . Methods: The EEGs were recorded in 60 DEACMP patients at acute CO poisoning, pseud-recovery, DEACMP appearing and clinical recovery period. And the relationship between the EEG changes and clinical symptom was analyzed . Result: The majority of EEGs was mildly abnormal in pseud-recovery period; all EEGs were abnormal, but the majority of the EEGs was moderale or severely abnormal in DEACMP appearing period, and EEGs were normal in clinical recovery. EEG changes were consistent with clinical symptom serious degree of the patients. Conclusions: Dynamic observation of EEGs has a more important value for clinical diagnosis and effect judgement of DEACMP.
