摘　　要：城市规划与房地产有着非常密切的关系,对房地产的开发的影响相当大,两者是宏观与微观、整体与局部、长期与短期的关系,是后者应服从前者、前者应兼顾后者的相辅相成承的关系,共同促进城市建设与发展。The city layout is important to real estate development for close relation each other, that is of macrograph and mierograph, integer and part, long-term and short-termo The both accelerate city prosperity in a complementary way.
