摘　　要：无论发达国家还是发展中国家,中小企业都是经济发展和社会稳定的重要支柱。在我国,中小型超硬材料企业的发展,促进了超硬材料行业的经济增长,转移了许多农村富余劳动力。由于中小型超硬材料企业比大企业有着更多的信息不对称和银行的服务技术缺陷等问题,融资较难。文章叙述了近年来在不少超硬材料小企业纷纷倒闭、"风急浪高"情况下中小型超硬材料企业融资的渠道。进而认为,中小型超硬材料企业应积极进取,从证券交易所、投资机构、投机资本家、政府、银行、产权交易所等多处融资,并列举了一些融资成功和不成功的的具体事例。Middle or small scale enterprises have always been the important strength of economic development and social stability in both developed and developing countries.In our country,the increment of the superhard material enterprises promoted the economic growth of the industry and provided a lot of the job opportunities for the countryside youth.The superhard material enterprises are hard to be financed due to the lack of information and banking service,and so on. The paper states financing channels for middle or small scale superhard material enterprises,facing bankrupts of many small superhard material enterprises in recent years and some other urgent situations.It is believed that middle and small enterprises should deal with the situations actively,finding investment from stock market,investment institutions,risk investing capitalists,government,banks and property exchange etc.and several successful and unsuccessful cases are listed in the paper.
