摘　　要：目的通过对4 190名干部体检检出病种进行分析,探讨各病种人数、顺位、比例、病因等,为进一步做好中高级干部群体的医疗、保健和康复工作提供参考。方法主要检测体检对象的血压、血脂、血糖、血尿酸及肝肾功能,并行心电图、X线胸片、超声(肝、胆、肾、脾)及外科、五官科检查,对体检结果进行分析。结果4 190例次中,检出患病人数3 832例(91.45%),其中,仅患1种疾病者占6.56%,同患2种疾病者占24.43%,3种疾病者占34.05%,4种疾病以上者占25.93%。未发现任何异常的健康人358例(8.55%);不同年龄段脂肪肝、高脂血症、高血压、前列腺增生、血糖异常等的患病率不同,随年龄增长而增加;不同年龄段现患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与生活方式、工作习惯相关的疾病如脂肪肝、高血脂、高血压、代谢综合征等已成为中、高级干部的主要病种,做好干部健康体检与宣教工作至关重要。Objective To investigate the incidence,sequence,percentage,and etiopathology of diseases in senior cadres in Beijing,thereby serving as reference for doing better health care of them.Methods 4 190 senior cadres,aged from 38 to 89 years,were examined.The checked indexes were blood pressure,blood lipids,blood glucose,blood uric acid,liver and renal functions,electrocardiogram,chest X-ray film,abdominal ultrasonogram,general surgical,ophthalmological,otorhinolaryngological conditions.Results Of 4 190 subjects,3 832 were found with diseases（91.45%）,among whom 6.56% and had one disease,24.43% two diseases,34.5% three diseases and 25.93% four and over diseases.The ten predominant diseases ranked in descending order as follows： fatty liver（22.74%）,hyperplasia of prostate（20.38%）,retinal arteriosclerosis（15.64%）,hypertension（13.41%）,hyperlipidemia（12.84%）,pathoglycemia（7.56%）,haemorrhoids（6.67%）,coronary heart disease（6.10%）,cholecystitis and cholelithiasis（3.44%）,and hyperuricemia（1.72%）.Along with age,the morbidity rates of the above diseases increased.The prevalence rates were significantly different between different age brackets（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The diseases,such as fatty liver,hypertension,hyperlipidemia etc,correlated with life style and work habit,have become the chief diseases in senior cadres.So it is very important to do better health examination and instruction in the cadres.
