摘　　要：目的了解新兵应对方式与心理健康的关系。方法采用整群调查方式对某部1 110名新兵的心理健康状况及其相关因素进行调查,并将数据进行相关系数的统计学分析。结果新兵应对方式与心理健康水平均有显著相关性。成熟应对方式有利于心理健康,而不成熟应对方式不利于心理健康。结论加强对新兵应对方式的辅导,可以提高新兵的应对能力,促进其心理健康的正常发展。Objective To study the relationship between coping mode and mental health in recruits.Methods 1 110 recruits were investigated and their data of mental health were analyzed.Results There was significant correlation between coping mode and mental health in the recruits.Positive coping mode was good for mental health,and vice versa for negative coping mode.Conclusions By guidance on the recruits＇ coping mode,we can improve their mental health.
