摘  要:A 100 ps high speed transient sampler has developed in accordance with the electronic fast pulse sampling principle, mainly consisting of picosecond pulse transmission line, balanced sampling gate, charge buffering network and multi-scanning circuit. According to the experimental results, such a sampler is characterized in the sampling interval of 100 picoseconds, the sample rate of 10 GSa//s and the analog bandwidth of 2.8 GHz, which can be used in the measurement of ultrashort transient events in the study of high-energy physics and astrophysics.
