摘　　要：在冲裁模中结合使用斜刃凸模和阶梯凸模,对冲裁力进行合理分配,很好地降低了冲压设备所需的冲裁力,解决冲压设备压力不足的问题。Using bevelled punch and step punch in bianking die, carried on the rational distribution to blanking force, reduced the blanking force well which the press equipment need,and the question of insufficient press equipment pressure was solved.
