摘 要:本文提出了一种新的机组动平衡方法──等效动刚度系数平衡方法,通过建立不平衡激振力与支应处振动位移之间的关系式,经过一次加重求出支座系统等效动刚度系数,最后用优化方法求出配重。在三台200MW机组的实践,皆证明了本平衡方法是正确的,行之有效的。其特点是平衡精度高、启动次数少、适用面广,对于汽轮发电机组一般仅需1~2次加重,即可平衡成功。A new method of dynamic balance for turbo-gen erating sets equivalent dynamic stiffness coefficient is present ed- According to the current method of balance, an equation must be established between the amount of unbalance and the vibration displacement, and then influence or sensitive coeffi cient is found through multi- weight,and finally the model of counter weight is diverted. By the new method,an equation is established between unbalance force and vibration displacement in bearing support,and then through monoweight the equiva lent dynamic stiffness coefficient of bearing support is found,and finally a new model of counterweight can be obtained by optimization method- The new method has been proved to be valid and effective through both theory and proctice- The ad vantages of it are better raising balancing accuracy,less starting times,higher ba1ance efficiency, powerful function and wide range application. The balance method built up from the new balance theory and the specific balance computer have success fully operated on three 200MW turbo-generating sets. Its bal ance precision is excellent and the weight starting times are from 1 to 2.
