摘  要:对水轮发电机组轴系统的横向振动的自振特性进行了分析,采用考虑陀螺效应的有限元法。引入了计算模型,给出了计算公式与计算方法,据此编制了计算程序ROTOR。将ROTOR的计算结果与美国西屋公司的相应软件的计算结果及试验结果进行了比较。对红石和隔河岩水电站轴系统的横向自振特性进行计算和分析。分析了进动转速对各种因素的敏感度和红石机组故障。ROTOR独有的的功能是能够计算进动转达,这是目前国内工程上使用的软件所不具备的。In this paper, the transverse self-oscillation char acteristic of hydrogenerator set is discussed. Finite element method with consideration of gyroscopic effect is used. Calcu lating model is introduced,calculating equation and calculating method are given here. Based on this principle,computational program ROTOR is implemented. The results computed by ROTOR are compared with those by the software of Westing House Corporation and experimental result. Transverse selfoscillation characteristics of shaft system of the Hong Shi hydrogenerator set in the JiLin Province and the Geheyan hydrogenesator set in the Hubei province are computed. Sensitivity of processing speed to those factors and Hong Shi fault are analyzed. The ability to computing processing speed is the unique function of ROTOR that any other counterpart in Chinese engineering does not have.
