摘　　要：本文利用描述函数分析了多机电力系统低频振荡，并确定了ＰＳＳ装设地点。The method of describing function is adopted to analyse low-frequence oscillation and to decide where PSSis equiped .Taking example of Shanxi power system ,a conclusion is given also .This method is very practical.
