摘  要:21只兔随机分为三组:A组(35℃+CO)、B组(25℃+CO)和C组(25℃+AIR),每天染毒(CO600±10ppm)2小时,连续40天。结果表明:实验开始,三组动物血脂水平均明显增高。实验40天,35℃+CO组的血清总胆固醇、游离胆固醇β-脂蛋白胆固醇高于CO组和对照组,与对照组比较差别有显著性。实验期间,35℃+CO组动脉血氧分压、血浆前列环素在三组中始终处于最低水平。结果提示,高温+CO促进了高脂膳食兔脂代谢障碍和冠状动脉粥样硬化。Twenty one rabbits were randemly divided into 3 groups: group A (35℃ + CO) , group B (25℃+CO) and group C (25℃+AIR) and exposed to CO (600 ± 10ppm) 2 hours a day 40 consecutive days. the results incicated that at the beginning of experiment, the serum lipids of all animals were signicantly increased,while the serum levels of total cholesteral, free cholestral and β-lipoprotein in group A were higher than those of group B and significantly higher than those of group C at the end of the experiment. During the experiment period, the partial pressure of oxygen of arterial blood and the concentration of 6-k-pGF1α in plasma in group A were lower than those of other groups. It suggested that the heat combining with CO accelerates the obstruction of metabolism of lipids and accelerates sclerosis of coronary artery in rabbits with hyperlipoproteinemia.
