摘 要:铜管输送冷水或热水具有安全、卫生、灭菌、长寿等多种优点,但因铜为热的良导体,输送热水会使水温下降过快,输送冷水易在低温下使管内结冰,而且冷热交替会对管外混凝土建筑材料带来不良影响。采用内层为铜管、外层为聚乙烯或聚丙烯(PPR)塑料的铜塑复合结构,可扬长避短,是新一代高档建筑供(冷、热)水管材。本文介绍由上海宝洋塑业有限公司研制成功的"聚乙烯发泡塑覆保温铜管"和"PPR内衬铜增强复合管"的性能特点和制造技术。The transportation of cold or hot water with the copper pipe has many advantages, such as safe, clean and sterilizing. But, because copper is a good conductor of heat, the temperature of hot water in the copper pipe drops too quickly; cold water is apt to freeze in low temperature; and the alternation of heat and cold does harm to the concrete building material outside the copper pipe. The copper and plastics composite structure which adopts the copper pipe as the inner layer and polyethylene or PPR plastics as the outer layer is a new generation of water supply fitting for high class buildings. This paper introduces the performance and manufacturing technology of " polyethylene foam plastics coated thermal insulation copper pipe" and " copper liner PPR reinforced composite pipe" developed by Shanghai Boym Plastics Industry Co., Ltd.
