针刺对急性脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺对急性脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体(D-D)及纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量的影响。方法93例急性脑梗死患者随机分为针刺治疗组55例,西药对照组38例。针刺治疗组采用针刺百会、水沟进行治疗,西药对照组采用川芎嗪注射液及脑复康注射液进行治疗,检测两组患者治疗前后血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量。另选20例健康体检者作为正常对照组,检测血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量。结果脑梗死患者治疗前血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量显著增高,与正常组比较,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗后各治疗组患者血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量均呈下降趋势,但针刺治疗组下降更明显,与西药对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺能显著降低急性脑梗死患者血浆D-二聚体、Fib含量,降低血液粘稠度,改善脑部血液循环。Objective： To discuss the effect of Acupuncture on the content of blood plasma D- Dimer （D- D） and Fib of acute cerebral infarction - suffering patients, Methods - 93 acute cerebral infarction - suffering patients are divided by random into Acupuncture group of 55 cases （ n = 55 ） and western medical control group of 38 cases （ n = 38）. Needling the acupoints of Baihui and Shuigou is adapted in the Acupuncture group, while the intravenous injection of Ligustrazine and Piracetam parenteral solution is adapted in control group, then the content of D - D and Fib of the two groups＇patient before and after the treatment wifl be examined. 20 healthy physical examiners are selected to be the normal control group and their content of D - D and Fib are examined. Results ： The content of D - D and Fib of the acute cerebral infarction - suffering patients is obviously increased before the treatment; there exists extremely significant difference compared with normal group （p 〈0.01 ）; There exists the declining tendency of the content Of D - D and Fib in the two groups after the treatment, that of Acupuncture group decreases more obviously and almost reaches to the normal level. There exists comparatively significant difference compared with that before the treatment （p 〈 0. 01 ） and exists significant difference compared with western medial control group （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： Acupuncture can effectively decrease the content of D - D and Fib of acute cerebral infarction - suffering patients and improve the cerebral blood circulation.
