摘  要:目的观察癫痫大鼠脑干听觉诱发电位的变化。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组和癫痫模型组(用红藻酸致痫),分别测定两组大鼠的脑干听觉诱发电位。结果癫痫大鼠脑干听觉诱发电位Ⅱ-Ⅴ波波幅与正常对照组比较有不同程度的升高,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波潜伏期及Ⅲ-Ⅴ峰间期与正常组对照比较有不同程度的延长。结论癫痫可能伴有脑干传导功能的障碍,脑干内与听觉中枢有关的神经元兴奋性有不同程度的升高,这种现象可能与兴奋性氨基酸有关。Objective: To observe the potential change inducted by brain stem auditognosis of model rats'kainic acid epilepsy. Methods: Wistar rats are divided by random into the normal control group and epilepsy group ( modeled by kainic acid), and the rats'electric potential of the two groups inducted by brain stem audiognosis are respectively detected. Results: The electric potential's amplitude of Ⅱ -Ⅴwave of epilepsy rats rain stem audiognosis rises, compared with the normal control group. The latent period of Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ wave and latent interphase of Ⅲ - Ⅴ wave is prolonged in different degrees, compared with the normal control group. Conclusions : Epilepsy may company with the obstacle of the brainstem conduction function, the excitement of brainstem neuron which is related to auditory center rises. This kind of phenomenon probably has relationship with excitatory amino acid.
