摘 要:28只雄性家兔(2—3kg)被随机分为四组:A组(35℃+CO)、B组(35℃)、C组(25℃+CO)及D组(25℃)。每兔每天喂胆固醇1g, 猪油4ml。各组动物按规定条件每天实验2小时(星期日例外),染毒浓度为600±10ppm,40天后处死动物。检查各组动物血中TC及TG水平均明显升高,组间无差异显著性,但各组β-VLDL(β-极低密度脂蛋白)中的脂类及载脂蛋白组成均有改变,导至巨噬细胞胆固醇酯的堆积量不同,以高温与CO组为显著,表明实验动物在特别条件下高温与CO较长时间的联合作用,可使β-VLDL的致粥作用明显增加。28 rabbits (male, 2-3hg) were randomly divided into four groups: group A (35℃ + CO) , group B (35℃) , group C (25℃ + CO) , group D (25℃) . They were fed with 1g cholesterol and 4ml lard every day. Each group was exposed to different experimental condition for two hours a day(except Sunday) . The concentration of CO in a temperature-controlled exposure chamber was 600± 10ppm. Animals were sacrificed after 40 days. The levels of TC and TG in blood of each group were markedly inceased after experimentation, but no significant difference was found among group A, B, C and D. The changes of composition of β-VLDL in lipid and apoprbtein from each group were occurred,which revealed a greater accumulation of cholesteryl ester in macrophages in three experimental groups than that of the control. In view of the protuberant accumulation in group A, we suggest that the long term exposure to high temperature and CO can increase the atherogenic action of β-VLDL.
