摘　　要：随着信息技术在高等教育中的广泛应用与普及,高等教育面临着机遇和挑战.高等教育改革的深化离不开教育思想观念的革新与创新,教育思想观念的革新与创新是高等教育改革的先导和核心.基于信息技术应用的高等教育观念的革新与创新应当树立符合素质教育要求的教育价值观、质量观、功能观、教师观、学生观等.High education faces chances and challenges with information technology wide application and popularization. Educational ideas reformation and innovation are necessary to deepen high education reformation and are forerunner and nubbin. Based information application of educational ideas reformation and innovation ask that it must be erected to fit in with quality education requirement of educational value views, quality views, function views, teacher views, student views, and so on.
